Frankenmuth junior Brooklyn Compau threw a no-hitter Tuesday, striking out nine as Frankenmuth remained undefeated in the Tri-Valley Conference East with a 16-0 softball win over Birch Run.

Compau struck out nine in the six-inning mercy win. Maggie Thiel led the Eagles’ offense with four hits, three runs and two RBIs, with Emily Worden adding three hits. Kendall Thompson hit a homer and scored three runs, while Compau drove in three runs.
