Although laser machines themselves don't produce fumes during operation, the material being processed usually does and it's essential to have these fumes removed from the working area and either out of the building or into a self-contained fume filter.We're often asked about the differences between our standard extraction to atmosphere and the option for a fume filter system. Let's take a closer look at the options available for dealing with the fumes emitted by cutting acrylic, one of the most common materials processed on a laser machine.

The frequency converter is for the sake of adjusting the air flow and reducing the consumption. The adjustable frequency range is 25-50Hz.Initial setup frequency is 40Hz. It can change the frequency setup value through keyboard up & down, and you can set up 25Hz, 35Hz and 40 Hz etc. Max frequency is 50Hz. The frequency depends on the customer's actual requirement
When the frequency converter drops the electricity and goes back to power again, the frequency will keep initial setup value (30Hz). If customer wants to keep unchanged frequency for a long time, please don't turn off the supply power, so the frequency will keep the same value all the time you set up when you start the motor.
