A hilarious Snapchat filter called tongue twister has ruined the emotional ending of Avengers End Game – and we’re not mad.
The funny clip has transformed the heartbreaking scene where the team finally manage to overthrow Thanos and restore the world before The Blip.
In the final moments of the original scene, we see Iron Man – played by Robert Downey Jr – sacrifice himself. He does this in order to bring back all those lives lost in Avengers: Infinity War.
The Brainiac had found it difficult to move on with his life when fellow Avengers and millions of others lost their lives in the previous film’s storyline. The idea of a young teenage Peter Parker dying – or evaporating – in Iron Man’s arms became too much to bear.
Putting all that aside – this new tongue twister Snapchat filter has completely changed the dynamic of the emotional moments.

Now instead of the incredible moment when Iron Man snaps his fingers, we see something else. When Thanos realises he has been beaten, it has a very different feel to it.
The tongue twister filter on Snapchat, when placed on people’s faces in real life or on screens such as TV and movies, makes it seem like they’re wiggling their tongue around. People’s eyes start to move around in circles. The entire filter altogether appears it could make any situation not so serious anymore.
Users have managed to take the filter and apply it to various funny clips and shared them on TikTok.
One includes the Avengers video above, which the person who discovered the art, can be heard laughing over the top.
Viewed 3,000 times, one comment simply said: “I’m done,” in response to the alternative Avengers ending.
It’s not the only video on TikTok with the hilarious tongue twister filter. More are popping up onto the social media platform each week.
This includes people taking selfie videos, reacting to the weird filter or by recording their colleagues, family and friends in natural surroundings but with a funny difference.
It comes after the sad filter also took over the app earlier this year. It even had celebrities like I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here hosts Ant and Dec play around with the tool.
The sad filter managed to transform someone’s face while filming. By using it, people seemed like they were frowning and their eyes had drooped in despair.
It made it seem they were crying or extremely upset, so of course users wanted to take advantage by pretending they looked ‘sad’ in normal or happy moments to throw people off. Their unsuspecting filter victims had no idea what was happening – until they saw the video of course!
