Environmental technology company Nederman has announced its acquisition of RoboVent, a provider of air pollution control systems for industrial fume, dust, and mist control applications.
RoboVent is based in Sterling Heights, Mich., with more than 100 employees located throughout the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. It will become part of Nederman´s Extraction & Filtration Technology division.
