Description
PENNSKIN series Polyurethane Coating liquid membrane is a one-component, cold applied, elastic liquid coating based on premium compound of hydrophobic polyurethane resin, isocyanate and polyether polyol. It can cure into a strong and flexible film after liquid brushed
on the substrate, specially designed for waterproofing application on roof, basement or other-non exposed water retaining project.

Installation
Substrate Preparation
All Surfaces
The substrate needs to be strong and smooth, clean and dry. Fill the holes with cement mortar. The flaws such as honey comb should also be repaired.
The external and internal corner are made to be arc.
Internal corner: D≥ 50mm
External corner: D≥ 10mm.
Application Guidance
1. Leveling
Substrate should be smooth and firm.
2. Cleaning
No garbage, floating pulp on the substrate, keep it dry.
3. First coating
The first layer should be very thin, covering the substrate is enough, less than 0.5mm thickness.
4. Second & Third coatings
Apply the second layer provided the first layer is cured. Coating direction is vertical to the first one and then the third layer's direction is the same as the first one.
Consumption
Recommend dosage: 1.65 kg/sqm, 1mm thickness, total thickness no less than 1.5mm

Shelf life
Keep in cool, dry area with cover, remain original seal.
12 month shelf life from MFG date.
Tips
Blade & brush application method will be approved;
Application will be allowed between+5 to +35ºC;
Substrate must be clean, firm, dry, and reach to application requirements;
The coating should be stired evenly when slight precipitate happened;
Application will be forbidden at rainy day, foggy day or above 5 force windy day.
